Teenage superstar Miley Cyrus has rejected fellow pop singer Katy Perry's proposal of partaking in a kiss on-stage. "I Kissed a Girl" singer Perry told the news media she would love to reenact the on-stage smooch made popular by Madonna and Britney Spears at the 2003 MTV Video Music awards. And her idealistic prospect for the steaming confrontation would be Disney superstar Miley Cyrus. Only the "Hannah Montana" actress isn't moved with Perry's suggestion, and lays claim the comment was intended as a retaliation maneuver because Perry was a backup singer for Cyrus before making it big with her summer hit. While inquired if she would kiss Perry, Cyrus told an online media source, "No thanks!
