Federal agents are anxious to talk to Mary Kate Olsen because she was the 1st individual phoned after her masseuse found Heath Ledger's torso in his Los Angeles apartment in January. Mary-Kate Olsen has reportedly declined to be questioned over the inadvertent drug death of her close acquaintance Heath Ledger, unless she gets exemption from criminal prosecution. According to the news media, Olsen "has declined to talk" and her attorney, Michael Miller, reportedly claims she won't be questioned "unless she gets immunity, exerting her constitutional rights."Miller tells the newspaper source, "We are not proceeding to disclose on whether there is a criminal investigation."
