Mischa Barton Does Photo Shoot For Nylon Magazine

Mischa Barton has bared off some of her clothing for her craziest photo shoot yet as she presents topless in a U.S. magazine. While being interviewed for the August edition of Nylon, the 22 y/o talks of her humiliation after being arrested while driving under the influence in December. In a photo collection of provocative snapshots for the publication, the former O.C. actress models without her brassiere as she she has a Bridget Bardot-style of smoky type eye shadow and ruffled, layered hair. Mischa, who jumped to celebrity status playing spoiled teen Marissa Cooper in the lustrous drama in 2003, was apprehended just days after Christmas while driving under the influence.The star was given three years probation and had to attend a three-month course of study in alcohol education after pleading no contest to drinking and driving charges in April. Remembering the incident while being interviewed, Mischa acknowledges she was floored at her arrest, because it put her in the same category inclusive of other young Hollywood actresses she would rather not be associated with.Mischa has frequently tried to separate herself from celebs like Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, who also have been caught for DUI in recent years. She said: 'That was a low part of my life for me. I never, ever would have dreamed that I would be arrested.
