It appears that Mischa Barton is really in love with the top she is wearing and really does'nt want to get rid of it. Either she has fallen on financial hard times and cannot afford a new one or she does'nt realize how badly tattered it is. Maybe she has moths in her closet and may need to use some moth balls or cedar chips to get rid of the nasty critters or maybe she has a cat that likes to claw her clothes.
