It is reported through the media that Britney Spears has a child custody hearing today and is to attend the custody status hearing with her parents. Approximately three months ago during a visitation with her two boys the police were called to her home when Britney refused to return one of the boy's to Kevin Federline's bodyguard. Britney Spears was taken to the hospital by ambulance during this incident. Visitation of her boys has been gradually allowed over recent months. Today's hearing with Commissioner Scott Gordon presiding will include discussion of a psychiatrist's evaluation of Spears. The media has shown Britney's sometimes erratic behavior that included appearing in public without underwear, shaving her own head and beating a car with an umbrella. But recently Britney has been on a nutrition and fitness program and has recently made a guest appearance on television 'How I Met Your Mother', and is set to make another appearance on the same program.
