Mischa Barton was arrested in West Hollywood in December after sheriff's deputies saw her car straddling lanes and failing to signal for a turn. She was charged with a DUI, possession of marijuana, and driving without a license in February. Mischa Barton accepted a plea deal to admitting to the DUI charge and prosecutors then dropped the marijuana charge and reduced the driving without a license to a misdemeanor. The judge ruled she must pay a fine, attend an alcohol education program, and she was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation.
