Reportedly the shows executive producer Carter Bays would be happy to have Britney back. The pop singer gave the show "How I Met Your Mother" its highest ratings ever and was reportedly a boost for Britney's career. It will be a one episode deal and Spears' former manager Larry Rudolph admitted the singer loved appearing on the show and talked constantly about it during recent meetings with him. She is very excited about doing it again.
