Hugh Hefner is making an offer to Miley Cyrus to pose naked in his magazine when she turns to the legal age of 18. The Hannah Montana star had created a loud out cry when she had posed by exposing her naked back side and covering her front wrapped in only a sheet in a magazine. The photos were done by a photographer Annie Leibovitz. Miley Cyrus the singer/actress had to issue an apology over the photos. Hugh Hefner felt that the controversial photo shoot of her in Vanity Fair was blown out of proportion. He still says she would be welcomed in his magazine when shes 18. I still question the exploiting of this 15 year old and why is the blame being put on a minor and should'nt the photographer have apologized knowing she was under age?

While Ashlee Simpson hits out at former pal Britney as thrashy. It is reported that Britney Spears is heading into an album battle with Whitney Houston. Reportedly after her album Blackout had a poor performance her recording bosses thought she had blown it. But she has recently been working on a new album and they feel confident that this will be a comeback. Lindsay Lohan was caught up of being accused of taking a mink fur coat worth $11,000 which disappeared from a birthday party in a bar in New York. Masha Markova claims the blonde mink coat disappeared when she tried to retrieve it from the coat return area of the fashionable nightspot 1 Oak, where she was celebrating the birthday of a friend on January 26. She was devastated when she thought the fur coat she was given by her grandmother had been stolen. Two weeks later she opened a magazine to see pictures of Lindsay wearing a similar type of coat and Lindsay Lohan had also been present at the same birthday party she had been at. Reportedly Masha Markova's lawyers had contacted Lindsay and the coat was returned stinking of alcohol and cigarettes with a tiny tear in the lining. Yes, this goes to show us one thing that not all celebrities are going furless for PETA.

Britney Spears Is Due In Court Today

It is reported through the media that Britney Spears has a child custody hearing today and is to attend the custody status hearing with her parents. Approximately three months ago during a visitation with her two boys the police were called to her home when Britney refused to return one of the boy's to Kevin Federline's bodyguard. Britney Spears was taken to the hospital by ambulance during this incident. Visitation of her boys has been gradually allowed over recent months. Today's hearing with Commissioner Scott Gordon presiding will include discussion of a psychiatrist's evaluation of Spears. The media has shown Britney's sometimes erratic behavior that included appearing in public without underwear, shaving her own head and beating a car with an umbrella. But recently Britney has been on a nutrition and fitness program and has recently made a guest appearance on television 'How I Met Your Mother', and is set to make another appearance on the same program.

Mariah Carey pulled out of her first interview regarding her marriage to Nick Cannon. The television program the View was going to interview her regarding her sudden marriage that took place recently in the Bahamas. It reportedly was to be taped today but Mariah Carey pulled out of the taping of the interview. The View producers confirmed that she will not be appearing on the show.
