Lindsay Lohan went shopping in Malibu, California with her butt showing. It appears that either her skirt may have been to short or may have got caught up some how in her coat. I'm sure it was an accident otherwise she would have been arrested for indecent exposure. All you young ladies out there make sure you dress appropriately and modestly so you don't wind up in the same situation as this.
