Did Lindsay Lohan Stalk Another Person?

Stalking is defined as to pursue obsessively and to the point of harassment. Lindsay Lohan is reportedly being sued by Tracie Rice. She was in a car driven by Michele Peck, the mother of Lohan's assistant who had recently quit, when Lindsay pursued them to the Santa Monica Police Department headquarters during an early morning July pursuit. Peck told police she was being chased by a sporty type vehicle, and police later were certain Lohan was the driver. Tracie Rice is suing for the trauma which it caused her in losing her job approximately $65,000 a year, cost of medical bills, and visits to a therapist.
