Waitress Denies Punching Lindsay Lohan

The waitress who reportedly punched Lindsay Lohan during the celebration of her 24th birthday has denied assaulting the actress, only she takes a firm stand she would have liked to". The actress was celebrating with friends, including the ex-boyfriend of Paris Hilton Doug Reinhardt and Brit rugby player Danny Cipriani, at Hollywood nightspot Voyeur on Thursday to celebrate her upcoming birthday the following day (02Jul10). Only matters became awful as she was reportedly punched by a waitress, afterward revealing to fans on her Twitter.com page, "A waitress just hit me and punched me for no just cause." The nightspot worker, Jasmine Waltz, has of today expressed denial to the allegations, denouncing Lohan as a "train wreck". "The waitress states all she had to say is that maladjusted small train wreck is out of her mind. I did not strike out at her. Only I would have liked too." Waltz had prior romantic connections to Cipriani, alleged by U.S. reports.
