Jennifer Lopez Getting Fit For A Triathlon

Jennifer Lopez is preparing to work out physically to be in shape enough to take part in a triathlon, just several months after delivering twins. The actress was photographed on vacation in Italy this week and it appears she's back in shape, following the birth of her young children Max and Emme earlier this year. Her husband Marc Anthony discloses that Jennifer is on a rugged work out schedule, on foot, on bike, and in water. Reportedly he told a media source, "Jennifer is working out for a triathlon. In October." Anthony concedes he will be viewing from the sidelines, nevertheless.

Reportedly Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have named their newborn twins Max and Emme. Jennifer Lopez was very happy at her newborn babies arrival and is now a mother for the first time at age 39. The newborns arrived early Friday just after midnight in Long Island, N.Y. The baby girl was 5-pounds 7-ounces and the baby boy was 6 pounds. It was reported that the proud parents were greatly excited and happy about the new arrivals in their life.
