Reportedly Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton's boyfriend Benji Madden drove over a photographer's foot the other day as he drove away from the trendy Foxtail nightclub in West Hollywood, California with Hilton in the passenger seat. Glen Gurniak the photographer has filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department against Paris and Benji for the alleged incident last Thursday night. I think Glen has to realize that it would only be the one driving that would be accountable. We'll just have to wait and see.
